With a global market share of over 40 percent in the sheetfed offset press market, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) is the world's leading solution provider for the print media industry. The core business of this technology group covers the whole value-added and process chain for the 35 x 50 centimeters (13.78 x 19.69 inches) to 75 x 105 centimeters (29.53 x 41.34 inches) format classes - equivalent to paper formats A3 to A1 - in the sheetfed offset sector. Since 2008, the solution portfolio has been extended in the upper range to include the new 106 x 145 centimeters (41.73 x 57.09 inches) and 121 x 162 centimeters (47.64 x 63.78 inches) sheet formats.

Its export share is over 80 percent. All Heidelberg presses destined for the world market are assembled at the Wiesloch-Walldorf site in line with strict quality standards. Heidelberg presses worldwide produce high-quality print products ranging from business cards, brochures, and posters to packaging and labels in all finishing qualities.
