DTCC Office closure days for October 2017

DTCC Office closure days for October 2017

Please be sure to mark the dates 13, 23 and the 26 October 2017 where we will close the office. Two of these days will be commemorating the passing away of King Rama IX. Please see this informative website with guidelines on paying respect during October.

There will be three official October holidays in addition to the 23 October in Thailand:

  • Friday the 13 marks the one-year mourning of the passing away of King Rama IX, and has been marked as a national holiday.
  • Monday the 23 October is the Chulalongkorn Day, the annual holiday that honour the revered King Rama V.
  • Thursday 26 October is the scheduled date for the late monarch’s official funeral.

Despite the sad occasion some of these days mark the Chamber hopes that our members will use the days off to relax and regain energy.
